Nice to get a couple 15min 6° laps in on the weekends classic mtb course ,just right then 2° at the car freezing 🥶 so glad to do some recovery n rest after successful Regional n National titles in cycle road then straight to 10 1/2 hrs 4day racing in Lanzarote totalling 50’000ft for 10days 25° training camp

Loved racing with Greg Simcock today with Katy Simcock cheers so I could work out where he was , loved it power down all the way , what a day full gas no pit changes thought we both wanted to catch n mouse job , my son Oliver had bike ready every side 🙌🙌 just in case
