Am completely shattered now (spot the difference between the before and after pics lol) and im fully expecting ill be walking like John Wayne in the morning.

I am so proud of myself. This is a big achievement for me and considerably more than I would've imagined I could do

Just some of the IKMF ladies Instructors at updates last year with GIT ROTEM NIR(Global Instructor Team).

Four of our Spartan Ladies at one of our IKMF National grading...and YES they all passed.

At Sparta you don't have to grade but if you want to we help you get there....BUT remember IKMF Krav Maga first is about Self-Defence.

On a Stay Away workshop after training Ladies run the gauntlet against several Spartan men to test them.

Stay Away 2023 March(Ladies ONLY). The first time I did a Stay Away workshop after qualifying on the Women's Instructor Course in early 2023.

Spartan Ladies meet up every 6-8 weeks for a ladies ONLY class.

KMF Stay Away program(3 hour workshop) was ran today with 16 great ladies participating at our Aldridge location in May 2025.

We had a mix of Spartan ladies and ladies that are never experienced Krav Maga before.

An extremely challenging workshop with pressure drills added  into the mix -We added five more ladies to the Spartan club.

Sparta's governing federation have Senior Instructors that over see us all and they are called GITs - Globe Instructor Team.
