A brilliant day on the mats 🥋❤️
Our first ever Parent & Child BJJ Experience was a little experiment to see if families would enjoy getting on the mats together… and we think it’s safe to say they did!
Lots of laughs, a bit of chaos, some great BJJ, and plenty of quality time for parents and kids to learn and play together.
A huge thank you to everyone who came down and made it such a special day. We’re already thinking about doing more of these in the future 👀

In a world full of screens and busy schedules, this is a chance to put them both aside for an afternoon and share something completely new.
Expect plenty of laughs, a few challenges, lots of high fives and a chance to learn something new together in a relaxed, beginner-friendly environment. No pressure to get things right; just quality time, shared experiences and memories you'll both take home.
