On Sunday, 12th April at 10:00 AM, we’ll be running a HYROX Simulation right here at Jetts Wandsworth.
This is a great opportunity to test your fitness, push your limits, and experience the intensity of a HYROX-style event in a supportive gym environment.
Doubles format and we have 20 spots available, so it's first-come, first-served.

Jetts 'Find Your Strong' Challenge - ENDURE 💥
ENDURE is a circuit-based challenge with workouts that focus on strength, cardiovascular and muscular endurance.
Your training programme with two sessions per week will be tailored to improve your performance on the circuit, with the aim to increase the number of rounds completed within the 10 minute period.

Jetts 'Find Your Strong' Challenge - LIFT 💪
LIFT is a strength-based programme with bespoke workouts designed to improve your 10RM on your choice of three lifts – Bench Press, Deadlift or Barbell Back Squat.
Your training programme with two sessions per week will be tailored to improve your chosen lift.
The aim of the LIFT programme will be to increase the weight lifted from Week 1 to Week 6!
