Healthy foods still contain calories.
This breakfast went from 750 calories to 350 calories with a few simple swaps and awareness around portions.
Neither is good or bad. But calories must be taken into account if fat loss is the goal 👌🏻

There’s no such thing as the perfect plan if it’s not attainable.
This is why social media drives me up the wall. It gives us blanket advice on the best plan. But just leaves perfectionist women doing nothing because it’s just unrealistic!
Real results come from IMPERFECT action.
Lower calories might sound or even feel optimal when dieting, but here’s why that is simply NOT the case! 👆🏻

Fat loss, muscle building, overall health… it’s not about eating less.
It’s about eating smarter, then adjusting portions to match your goals.

No foods are bad foods here. But if you’re dieting and wanting to build or retain muscle (for that toned look!), choosing proteins with lower calorie density is going to be super helpful! These are just a few examples 👆🏻 😊
