London Running Coach “Team”
Darren and David are a London based pair of runners and run-coaches. As lifelong friends we are a classic double act. We enjoy spending time and running (long distances often) together. We want to help others with their running adventures and journeys. We would say that our expertise is taking marathon level runners and helping them prepare for ultras. We’ve done this to 24 hour and Spartathlon level standards.
As fans of all types of running from Parkruns to Cross-Country and 10kms upwards we have helped folk with zero running experience to those hungry to see news PBs.
