What you need to know:
Salary: £24000 - £25800 pa Pro Rata (expected to increase for 2025) based on qualifications and experience.
To work with us you need a minimum of:
16 hour First Aid
Paddlesport Instructor
RCI training
Desirable:
RCI award
Paddle UK Paddlesport leader or higher
Paddle UK Core Coach or higher
RYA Powerboat Level 2
Archery GB/GNAS
NSRA Rifle shooting
Bushcraft experience
Lowland Leader or above
If your application is successful you will gain your ERCA High Ropes qualification in training and spend the season working alongside experienced paddlers and RCI/MCI qualified staff.
Plus access to lots of perks, like staff discounts on kit and at Dorset Adventure Cafe, ideal after a day's sport climbing on Portland!

If you are passionate about the outdoors, hard working and enthusiastic, and want to work on the local sea cliffs, harbour and woodlands of Dorset, then look no further!
We use off-site venues for all of our watersports, rock climbing and high ropes experiences.
Situated on the Jurassic Coast, Brenscombe Outdoor Centre prides itself on delivering bespoke and valuable programmes aimed at connecting people with nature and the local environment.
We deliver programmes to; Primary and Secondary School residentials, Duke of Edinburgh residentials, Corporate training and development stays and family groups.
Our groups build a rapport while working with familiar faces throughout their stay and leave with lifelong memories and new found experiences. All designed with just the right amount of challenge.
Be part of something bigger. Brenscombe has two sister centres each tailored slightly differently. One in Portland, Dorset and one in the New Forest, Hampshire. Throughout the season you will have the opportunity to work with people from across the Activate Outdoors group.
As part of the team you will also have access to continued personal development days, a personalised budget for external qualifications, staff training and access to our bunkhouse in North Wales.
