We’re Hiring – Front of House Team Member

We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and enthusiastic person to join our Front of House team 2 days a week (Tuesday & Saturday) (Monday & Sunday). There is 2 positions available.

The role includes:

* Greeting and serving customers with a warm, friendly attitude
* Operating the till and processing customer transactions
* Preparing drinks using our coffee machine (training can be provided if needed)
* Keeping the centre clean, tidy, and welcoming
* Signing customers in and assisting with general enquiries
* Working closely with the rest of the team to provide excellent customer service

We’re looking for someone who:

* Has great customer service skills
* Works well as part of a team
* Is reliable, organised, and proactive
* Can stay calm and positive in a busy environment

We have now filled our Monday & Sunday position. We are now looking for someone to join our Tuesday & Saturday team. This will be more suitable to someone with a bit of experience in front of house work. We are looking for someone long term not short term.
