Enjoying the day at our local regatta Warrington today and lovely to see one of our recently repaired boats as one of the first on the water.
Always rewarding to know that the work you do goes a long way to making things happen. A super day, with great people and awesome weather.

With the canvas all repaired, we sealed her up and restored her paint work, getting this pair race ready once again and will have her delivered in the evening.
Another Scull Tech repair ticked off, weโre expecting a few singles in next for various touch ups and maintenance ๐๐๐ผ

After being blown off its trestles, this WinTech pair took some significant damage. Two big cracks between the hull and canvas, then two smaller ones at almost adjacent locations which compromised the stern end.
To ensure the best fix, we strapped up the boat then made our own access to the inside of the hull and repaired it from the inside out, picking up the smaller cracks as we went.
Sheโs almost back on track again now and all the repairs are done. Weโre just in the process of sealing up the canvas again, and look forward to cleaning up the paintwork again very soon.

Iโm going to find this one interesting. Skinny hands would be ideal right now ๐

Another boat completed this wkend. Having benefit from a refresh, it has had nearly all its scratches, d***s, general wear removed and even had its fin resealed. Now it looks shiny and almost new as itโs returned to the owner.

Blades going through the production line. Almost start to almost finish. Youโd be surprised how much effort goes into getting them even on the production line sometimes. But they always get a new lease of life.

Day 5. We have a solid and water tight hull again after a full puncture through both skins and honeycomb. There is more work to be done which will wait for a hull clean up later in the year, but this boat has been out of action since winter and much missed. Now it can be used again.
