Today was the most perfect last day; I was surrounded by so many of you and I felt so much love in the room so thank you 🫶🏼

STA is starting International Learn to Swim Week today, and we'd like to join in again this year by celebrating the special role swimming teachers play in our children’s lives - teaching and inspiring our children how to be confident in the water.

GET INVOLVED!
So, if you have a swimming teacher or baby swimming teacher who goes the extra mile or is simply just brilliant and inspiring, then we want to know!

And if your nominated teacher is selected*, YOU will receive a £50 Konfidence gift card to spend at www.konfidence.co.uk AND we will send your nominated teacher a swimming hamper full of thank you goodies!

Please get nominating and sharing why you think your swimming teacher is so special (and if they or their swim school are on Facebook tag them into your post). Swim schools share too, and encourage your customers to nominate your teachers.

Nominations will close on Friday 31st May 2024.

*It will be impossible to choose a winner, as the teachers you nominate will all be amazing, so the winning teacher will be selected from all the entries posted using an online randomiser. The teacher and his/her nominee will receive the prizes. If the winning teacher is nominated by more than one person, we will use the randomiser again to choose the winner of the £50 gift card from all the winning teacher nominations.

Well done to former Great Sankey High student Kathleen Dawson. She has made the GB squad for this summer's Paris Olympics. The swimmer struck gold in Tokyo three years ago. Former Cardinal Newman star James Guy, a fellow gold medallist in 2021, is also in the team. Good luck guys 👍🥇
