ERGATHON 🔥😱
Our amazing ladies smashed their Ergathon on Saturday⛷️🔥
Collectively Rowing/Skiing 144,768m/ 144.7Km/90 miles in just 3 HOURS!!😱🤯
We had ladies who have struggled to do 500m on these stations and they had managed to smash it🔥
It’s amazing to see the power of community and support from each individual helped get us all through this tough challenge🙌🏼💙
It was so lovely to see everyone push themselves and come out ther comfort zone 👏🏼

Meet Tracey ⭐
Tracey came to us wanting to build up knowledge and a new routine as well as toning up and having a weight loss goal in mind.
Tracey completed her 6 week challenge and smashed it plus enjoyed it!
That’s why she then decided to carry on for another 6 weeks with us 😀
12 weeks of hard work got her:
📉 15.7lbs down
⬇️ 4.7% body fat gone
But most importantly
👣 Better routine and habits
🥝 Eating the right amount of food

Since I started at the transform hub, I started on the 6 week programme however, although I felt better and more energised the 6 week programme turned into a 16 week one, I felt I needed ongoing motivation that the transform hub have provided with their daily support with nutrition and exercise to achieve my ongoing goals, I do want to say thank you very much though to caitlyn for constantly reminded me of how well Im doing and helping me to put myself back on track, so onward and upwards for the next few weeks, cheers guys

OVER 2 STONE GONE FOREVER😮💨🔥‼️
Amanda has had an insane transformation over the past 12 weeks! 👏🏼
Amanda has been a OG member here with us at 💙We have seen her progress and build confidence over the past three years. But she decided to lock in for 12 weeks and change her life for the better✨

“Over the past three years, I’ve been supported by The Transform HUB in my journey to improve my fitness. While my health and strength steadily increased, I found myself stuck with stubborn body fat that just wouldn’t shift.”‼️

In that short time, I lost 36lb in total weight — all but 4lb of which was fat — dropping my body fat percentage by 10% and reducing my visceral fat by 8 levels, from 17 to 9. In other words, the stubborn fat I’d been battling for years is now gone … ALL of it! 🔥”.
