Unfortunately, due to the weather conditions and the pitch being wet underfoot, we've decided to postpone today's touch tournament. It wouldn't be safe to play in trainers given the conditions, and player safety has to come first.

We'll look at rearranging the tournament closer to the start of the season and will share a new date as soon as possible.

Massive shoutout to our U11’s newest warriors — Zak Oliver and Patrick! 🏉🔥

These 3 boys have come into rugby union and absolutely smashed it. From the very first whistle, they’ve shown heart, courage, determination and a real love for the game. Every training session they give 100%, listen, learn and keep improving week after week.

Zak has brought energy, toughness and brilliant commitment, while Patrick has shown fantastic attitude, skill and teamwork beyond his years with Oliver being an absolute powerhouse in the centre. All 3 boys have fitted into the squad like they’ve been part of it forever.

The future is looking seriously bright for these young players. Proud of the effort, proud of the attitude, and proud to see them making memories, friendships and becoming part of the rugby family.

Keep working hard boys — this is only the beginning! 💪🏉👏

A massive congratulations to Charlie George and Arthur — three lads who have shown exactly what hard work, dedication and belief can achieve.

Improvement in rugby doesn’t just happen by chance. It comes from turning up every week, listening, learning, pushing through challenges and never giving up — and that’s exactly what these boys have done all season.

Charlie has grown massively in confidence, skill and understanding of the game. His hard work at training has paid off in every match, and the progress he’s made has been incredible to watch.

Arthur has shown unbelievable determination and commitment, developing into a stronger, smarter and more confident player every single week. His attitude to learning and improving has been outstanding even when emotions boil over.

Since george stopped playing football he’s piled his efforts into rugby and that has shown with his skills increasing week by week.

All boys have proved that effort brings rewards. They’ve embraced every challenge, backed themselves and become key members of this U11’s squad.

You should all be hugely proud of how far you’ve come this season. This is what rugby is all about — growth, resilience and becoming better every time you step onto that pitch.

The future is bright for all of you. Keep working, keep believing and keep growing. Massive futures ahead! 💪🏉👏
