Alison has put in a lot of effort to reduce her weight to reach the place she’s at now. She is 3.5 stone down and in a much healthier place. She weight trains regularly in the gym, gets in a lot of daily steps and has taken her nutrition very seriously. She visited GNM 14 times in February, averaging a visit every other day. Alison is a model member here at GNM and we are very proud of the effort she’s put in ♥️

Tom has been a member with us for over a year and has been a regular gym goer in that time. Last month, he decided to take it upon himself to raise money for Cancer Research UK by completing 100 press-ups per day for each day of the month. He completed 3,100 press-ups in the month of January, raising money for a worthy cause ♥️

A huge shout out to one of our members Nick - at 68 years of age, Nick has trained hard for 6 months straight, attending 5 classes per week as well as strength training with a PT, and road running alone, to complete his first HYROX in Stockholm last month. He has no intentions of slowing down too, looking ahead to booking more HYROX competitions for the future.
