My time teaching yoga has come to an end...for now. Tuesday night classes will be ending soon. I will notify you all when the last class will be. Springwood Community Centre is still a fantastic local resource that serves the community.

Sundays special 2 hour anniversary class was amazing- thanks so much to everyone that came along! I was given a lot of good feedback and will be planning another one for a few months away.

Tonight's theme was 'clarity' through focusing on the mind, body and breath in our yoga practice, we can gain better insight into our thoughts, feelings and behaviours. This can help us gain clarity in our life, giving perspective on some of those tricky questions we ask ourselves.
