Happy New Year and what a fantastic week , starting 2026.

Transitions back into lessons can be challenging ( I know for me it's been hard getting back into school run mode!)

Transitioning can take time but I am here to support and guide the best way I can.

It's been lovely to see all my swimmers and a few new ones begin their swimming journey with me.

Here is to a wonderful year ahead 🏊

We ended the year with a few options for a Christmas themed lesson and I ended up being a very rubbish reindeer apparently 😂

Thank you to all my swimmers and families for a fantastic year. I am incredibly proud of each and every one of you.

I ended my last lessons with 'I trust you Abi' from a swimmer which absolutely means the world to me. Hearing I am missed each week and feeling very much a part of their lives , I can only feel lucky and humble to be part of their world. 🥹

It's not just a swimming lesson each week, it's a place for the child and families to come to me knowing they feel safe, supported, able to relax and enjoy their lessons, knowing along the way they are learning fundamental aquatic skills.

I am so proud of the amazing progress my swimmers are making in their one-to-one lessons! Each week they show such determination, joy, and resilience in the water.
