DO YOU HAVE A LITTLE ONE THAT CAN’T KEEP STILL – ALWAYS ON THE GO!? Why not channel that energy into DANCE. We run in St Albans, Harpenden, Redbourn and Abbots Langley and take pupils from 18 months to Adults. Our stimulating dance classes provide a healthy and fun environment in which children can exercise and express themselves and are designed to help develop physical skills, stamina, creativity, expression and musicality.
With today’s concerns over health, dancing is a fun way to not only improve fitness helps develop self-confidence. Recognising that self-esteem is essential to a child's emotional development, we use praise and encouragement to develop this and hold regular “watching days” and shows. WE ARE NOW TAKING TRIALS IN BALLET, STREET DANCE/JAZZ FOR JANUARY IN REDBOURN:
Thursdays after school:
3.45 – 4.15pm: Ballet for ages 3 - 5 yrs
4.20 – 4.50pm Street Dance/Jazz for ages 4 – 7s inclusive
(also Saturday mornings)

Tuesday evenings:
7.30 – 8.30pm: Adult Ballet
