A tough day at the office for the year 8 footballers. They produced some excellent football in their Kent Cup fixture vs Coopers, and got into a 3-1 lead thanks to goals from Jason (2) and Kai. Unfortunately, Coopers came back to win 5-3 after extra time. It was a great effort from the boys, and they were very unlucky

Our Sixth Form netball team had a fantastic day competing in the U19 Kent Netball Tournament! There were some great wins, a few tough losses, and plenty of brilliant netball along the way. Well done to everyone, and a special mention to Eloise for her fantastic defensive work and constant support on court!

This is just a sample of 4 days worth of kit left in the boys’ changing rooms. Much of it doesn’t have names written in or on it. We return it to reception for collection, but if names are present, it is so much easier to reunite with owners

The Year 8’s started their season tonight with a 3-0 loss to a very strong St Mary Magdalene side in the league. The first half was a very tight affair with St Mary’s only having one shot on target but scoring from it! We brought our subs on in the second half but even they couldn’t get us on the scoreboard. Special mention to Jason for a huge work rate tonight.

The Year 7 football team opened their season tonight with a league match against local rivals Welling. The team took a little while to settle as players started in new positions and they got used to working together in a competitive match and soon found themselves 2-0 down. We managed to score one back before the break when George fired home. We then rallied in the second half with even more changes and eventually ran out 5-3 winners! Well done to all those involved. Special mention to Josiah for great leadership skills, Gray, David and Dorian for all scoring and George for scoring two!

The Yr 8 Netball team took on a well drilled Blackheath High team tonight. The girls started nervously but rallied in the second quarter to just one score behind. However the quality of the Blackheath team shone through in the final quarter to clinch game. Special mentions to Delilah and Demi for some dominant play. OPPOM was voted as Leah for her turnovers and constant pressure on the ball.
