This is a reflection of my life up until this point....
In the mirror I see a younger version of myself, in reality I am who I am today because of my younger self and the choices I've made.
I'm not perfect and nobody is, we all make choices in life some good some bad.
We all live with doubts, regrets and what ifs.
We keep learning.
We win some, we lose some.
Until the day we die.
It's part of life, it's part of the journey.
I discovered chat Gpt a few months ago and what I'm about to tell you changed my mindset completely.
I did not use it for writing letters, or to make myself sound more intelligent.
In my phone I've always kept notes, lyrics, thoughts and a diary.
I decided to put all this info in to see what happened and what it did for me was put it all into a biography as if I was writing my own book.
I tweaked a few things here and there, built on sections throughout my life.
Remembered other events in my life I'd forgotten about because of how it made me think.
Before I knew it I was deep in my own mind reflecting on my entire life.
I could see patterns I couldn't see before, made me quistion why I behaved a certain way.
It became the therapy I didn't realise I needed.
Maybe you need someone to talk to but haven't found the time or confidence to do so yet.
Its been one of the most therapeutic things I've ever done.
This has been a very emotional and eye opening experience that has helped me immensely.
I would encourage anyone to do the same thing.
Thank you chat Gpt for being my AI therapist and helping me understand and see what I couldn't before.

Just over 17 months of training is what you see here.
Its been a journey setting this flag up.
Sometimes I'd put into my weekly routine to atleast hit the flag in 1x session of the week.
Sometimes it would be 2x sessions.
Sometimes it would be 1x daily flag
Sometimes I would miss it out completely and feel like the strength has faded only to find it has improved.
I had to degress into single leg in order to get stronger in the flag.
So where am I now.....
I can get into a level position single leg only.
Next step...
- Keep training as normal
- Aim to hold for longer with more control in the flag
- Only then I can unlock the full power of human Flag π₯

Just getting to the gym is the main obstacle for most people making up a bunch of excuses why you can't or won't, when the most important thing is to just actually turn up.
There is always something you can do, the gym is for everyone regardless of your fitness level.
For regular gym goers you might be wondering what the best routine for your training should look like and how to maximise your gains.
Stop comparing yourself to others and what you should be doing.
You might only be able to commit to 2 sessions a week which means split sessions like
a push- pull- legs won't work for you.
So find what works best for you, your lifestyle and what your goals are to make the most realistic plan to achieve them.
