New Tram bridge opening today!
One well-missed "spoke" to the Preston Guild Wheel reopened today!
Costing £8.8million the new tram bridge has been under construction since the demolition of the old tram bridge in summer 2024.
Friends of the Guild Wheel committee member Pat Green and her husband Norman (pictured below) joined fellow members and delegates from our charity partner Walk Wheel Cycle Trust at the official opening.
We look forward to seeing more people able to enjoy the Guild Wheel now this vital link is open.
