🔧 Keeping the AlterG PRO performing at its best

We recently visited the University of Wolverhampton to carry out a service on their AlterG Anti-Gravity Systems PRO Anti-Gravity Treadmill.

Regular servicing is key to keeping equipment performing reliably and something we at SportsMed feel is incredibly important! AlterG can support teaching, research, rehabilitation and sports performance.

With over 15 years’ experience supporting AlterG systems, our engineering team provides servicing, maintenance and technical support across the UK.

Great to see another AlterG PRO continuing to support the next generation of rehabilitation and sports science professionals. 🎓🏃

A bit of hands-on training for World Physiotherapy Day today!!

Great to spend some time with the ProCare team over the last couple of days, getting stuck into some knowledge sharing on the Biodex System 4 PRO by Sport Medical Technology Inc and AlterG Anti-Gravity Systems — and of course, we had to have a try!

There’s no better way to understand the equipment than actually getting on it and experiencing it first-hand. Always good to keep learning and brushing up on the tech behind the products we work with every day!

🇬🇧 SportsMed at the Defence Rehabilitation Conference 2026!

We’re half way through day 2 of the Defence Rehab Conference 2026, showcasing some of the latest technology supporting rehabilitation, recovery and return to performance.

SportsMed has worked with the UK’s military for over 15 years, and we’re incredibly proud to have supplied AlterG Anti-Gravity Systems Anti-Gravity Systems to multiple sites!

Using NASA-developed Differential Air Pressure technology, AlterG enables controlled, reduced-bodyweight walking and running — supporting rehabilitation from early-stage recovery right through to return to performance.

⚽ ACL Rehabilitation & Return to Running

One of the biggest milestones following ACL reconstruction is returning to running safely.
