A lot of women come into the studio and say their legs are stronger than their upper body. But they’re scared of looking bulky. Trust me you won’t.

Emma’s goal is not about looking a certain way. It’s about feeling stronger.

And look at her go, holding her bodyweight lowering as far as she can and we will continue to perfect this exercise 🤩

The plan is built around her and how she moves in her day to day. Building strength around functional movement.

87 years young my beautiful client is. She used to be very active, a couple of injury’s and this become a big obstacle. Now due to her situation she may not be able to lift too heavy. BUT we target movements that she struggles with day to day. This is called function fitness.

Every client I train in person and online I take pride in meeting them where they are.

Self-care isn’t always soft or comfortable.

Sometimes it’s choosing the harder, quieter thing: getting up when you don’t feel like it, sticking to a promise you made to yourself, or doing something future-you will quietly thank you for.

It’s less about indulgence and more about respect—showing up for yourself even when motivation isn’t there. The face masks and bubble baths are great, but they’re just one side of it.

The deeper kind is discipline, consistency, and having your own back.
That shift—thinking “I’ll be glad I did this in an hour”—is powerful.

We put on a couple of in person classes beforehand for the online clients I don’t see regularly! This is something I’ll be doing regularly each month so nobody feels they are just talking to me through an app.
