The Phoenix are back indoors next Thursday evening as we start our pre season training. Both our mens teams will once again be competing in the Merseyside Volleyball League for the 2026-27 season. If anyone is interested in joining us please get in touch.

Last night the Phoenix Div2 team played their last game of the season.It was a late night at the Nest as the game against Chester Trojans was another 5 set affair. The game could have gone either way with all sets being very close score wise. Eventually Phoenix secured the win 16-14 in the fifth set. Luke was the Phoenix MVP with an outstanding performance at Libero. Thanks to Eden for reffing and Andy for scoring.Also thanks to the Trojans for being such great opponents and we look forward to playing you again next season.

A great couple of days for the Phoenix Div2 team. Thursday evening they travelled to Wirral Rebels B. Was a really close game with the Phoenix winning 3-1 and Mike getting MVP. The following evening they travelled to Knutsford to take on the raiders. A really solid performance by all the players was rewarded with a 3-0 win. Leo was the MVP for this one.

Our Div2'team travelled away to Chester Trojans on Sunday. It was a very close game with The Phoenix securing a 3-2 win.Our MVP was Khan who served well and attacked brilliantly through the middle. Well played everyone and thank you Trojans for an enjoyable game.

The Phoenix Div2 team played last night against Rebels B. We came away with our first win of the season,3-0 in sets. It was a close match, especially sets 2 and 3 which could have gone either way. MVP for the Phoenix was James with an outstanding performance in the middle. Big thank you to all who gave up their to to come along to officiate and support.UTS
