Sometimes stressful times and circumstances out of your control push you to do better & be better! ⭐️

When Instagram decided to take away the live feature of my page, I was no longer able to do my online classes from there, and although this was extremely stressful as I honestly had no idea they were even planning to do this, I panicked and cried, and stressed myself out so much about how I was going to continue my online classes!

There was no other option than to come out of my comfort zone and with a lot of help from my lovely tech savvy friends I was able to build a website that I can now hold my online classes on over there, and although it’s taken a lot of getting used to I think I’m slowly getting the hang of it!

So sometimes these things happen, so better things can come, If it wasn’t for Instagram taking the live feature away from me I wouldn’t have built my website, so for that, now I’m grateful. 🙏🏻☺️

Her hard work and dedication to her fitness journey is admirable and so inspiring, and she proves that if you want something badly enough, you can do it, it just takes hard work, dedication and staying consistent, all of which Reshmee has done throughout her journey.

There is no going back, she has built a healthy new habit, with exercising and her nutrition which works for her that she is sticking too and the results speak for themselves.

For those of you who just follow me on here, please add me on my zumba facebook account too (Aimee Zumba) as that's where I post most of my updates etc. - There will be no zumba next Monday due to the bank holiday but will resume the following Monday the 13th. Not being able to exercise the whole of last week due to being unwell has killed me. It has made me realise just how much I love Zumba and couldnt be without it in my life.

May be adding another day to my Zumba!! - Watch this space :-)
