Three kids in and I know the battles of trying to fit exercise into your day, find the energy for it (along with the motivation) all whilst being sleep deprived.
My advice; If you don’t have childcare, the resources or the knowledge of how to introduce exercise into post partum life but you’re wanting to get fitter; just walk!
It’s free. It’s good for both of you and it’s accessible to absolutely everyone.
I appreciate all the barriers that come with trying to get fit whilst juggling kids, but if you really want to, you can start here and you’d be amazed at just how much you benefit from it.
I swapped maternity leave cake and coffee dates for daily walks (three times over) with educational podcasts, fresh air, headspace and movement and not once did I regret it.
Nobody can do it for you ☺️

Almost half way through the year and these ladies are still going strong.
From cold, dark, wet runs, to the warm,light ones 🙌🏼
The months fly past and it’s not until you reflect on how turning up each week (especially when you can’t be arsed!) suddenly compounds and you’re able to do the 5km with a mountain in it 🤪
Everyone left feeling accomplished tonight, and it feels even better when you get to share it with each other 🙌🏼
If anyone wants to join us before it’s suddenly winter again, now’s the perfect time 😆 Everyone is welcome!

What a weekend! 12/10 🙌🏼
Ben’s comp in men’s pro placing 🥇, my first half marathon with chip time 1:51:08, which I’m happy with and family dog walks in between.
Wish we could do it all over again; dragging our kids around all weekend just so we can feed our egos… 🤪😅
