Good effort today boys. More so in them final 2 games, that’s the effort and work rate I was looking for in the groups, I just couldn’t seem to get them fired up 😂 certainly didn’t think I’d be able to after that defeat against whattsfield, we gave up massively in that game and I didn’t think they’d be a way back after that but they proved me wrong 💪
They done themselves proud in the semi & final by battling for everything and working hard for each other and themselves which is what I want from them all.
They went down fighting. Got to the final it just wasn’t ment to be, I thought we were on a comeback when Parker finished that worldie, but some good game time for them all today. Well done lads 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

🗣️ Michael on U8s against RITC girls U9s last week 🗣️

That was excellent by the lads touched upon a few things and everything i said to them they did, the passing and the movement off the ball was brilliant, kept their shape really well and caused all kinds of problems going forward. Their coach said we have came on loads since we played them last which is good to hear, which brings me to opposition coaches player. He said it was really hard to pick, could of been anyone of them but he picked out Rory. I thought he played well worked really hard and was strong in the tackle, he played some lovely passes, pick of them was the through ball out to Riley on the right, was a lovely little pass, my pick again was really hard to pick but I went for Seb, his reading of the game was brilliant and his passing was exceptional, always wanted the ball to his feet which is what i asked him to do he didn't do.

🗣️ Micheal on our U8s performance 🗣️

Disappointing result but I was happy with the lads performance there wasn't alot in the game. 3 of the goals we cost ourselves but I can't fault their effort, they were a big physical side but despite that, our lads got stuck in and didn't back down. Only difference imo was their movement off the ball when their players had the ball there was always 2 or 3 lads moving into space where at times we stand to much, we also need to be more urgent when defending corners but the lads put a big shift in. Only the next one 👏🏼 👏🏼 👏🏼

opposition coaches player went to Jaxon for his work rate and aggression and for putting in some strong tackles. well done 👏🏼👏🏼⚽️
