Since it’s International Women’s Day I thought I’d shine a spotlight on Rachel’s achievement!! 💜
Rachel has been working super hard in and out of the gym for the last 6 months. Fixing parts of her nutrition and adding in healthy daily habits. It just goes to show when you are consistent and resilient, like Rachel has been, it works!! She has also started running and managed 3k in 22 minutes today which is a massive improvement. Keep up the good work!! 💪🏻

Over the past three months, Alistair has made excellent progress following recovery from a slipped disc. When Alistair first started, even standing for five minutes without back pain was a real challenge. His injury made everyday movements uncomfortable and limited what he could do in everyday life. But through consistent rehab work, focused training, and a determined mindset, he’s completely turned things around. Now, he can stand and walk freely without any pain.
He has successfully completed a structured rehabilitation program focused on improving core stability, mobility, and functional movement patterns. As his back strength and confidence improved, training intensity was gradually increased, emphasizing proper form and controlled progression.
In addition to rehabilitation, Alistair has focused on building overall strength and reducing body fat through a combination of resistance training and nutritional adjustments. His consistency and effort have resulted in noticeable improvements in muscle tone and performance.
A key highlight of his progress is achieving a bench press personal best of 85kg x 1 rep demonstrating significant upper-body strength gains since his back rehabilitation.
Overall, Alistair has shown remarkable discipline, resilience, and steady improvement in both physical fitness and overall well-being.
