POSTPONED! Unfortunately, due to a very low turnout for my first class, I've taken the difficult decision to cancel the upcoming classes. I'll review this after the summer holidays and if the classes begin again, you'll hear it here first. In the meantime, 'So long and thanks for all the fish'! 🤩

Great day of training yesterday at YMCAfit to update my First Aider certification. I'm now also certified with EMD-UK as 'Instructor Ready': taking all the necessary steps to make my group exercise classes COVID-19 compliant. So I'm good-to-go and welcome you to my classes!
