Good morning, beautiful souls,
We are not intended to climb and achieve and strive and go, go, go every day of our life.
As someone who has been focused on “what’s next” my entire existence, this was an eye-opening realization.
Not only is it acceptable to stop, rest, and look around… it’s actually necessary.
Take a moment today (and every day) to look at how far you’ve come. Check out that magnificent view from where you are right now. Appreciate yourself for your hard work and dedication to your journey.
Breathe. Trust. Integrate. Just be.
Enjoy the view. 💜
I hope you have a wonderful day, my friends. Sending you all love!

“So many of our souls are not anchored in our bodies…However, we must not forget that we chose to be here right now, to have this human experience, and so our purpose is to ground [our] spiritual energies in human form.
The delights are endless and absolutely awe-worthy when you take a moment to really taste, smell, hear, and see the beautiful wonder of planet Earth. It is easy to get lost in the pain and suffering that happens here, however, we must do our best not to busy ourselves too much that we miss the bountiful pleasures that She is serving us every moment of every day. Seek them and your spirit will be delighted to be grounded.
Sometimes when we experience great sadness or tragedy, it may cause a soul to want to leave the body. The best way to call it back is to lose yourself in the sheer delights of being human. To let nature coax you back into your body. To feel the sand beneath your toes. The sun on your skin. The taste of cacao melting on your tongue.” ~ Rebecca Campbell
