Levi has lost 18kg since January 👏🏼👏🏼
He has been on a mission to get in shape for a while and did a lot of hard work on his own, before hitting a plateau and realising he needed to change something..
He joined our Online Coaching Program and we've taken this to a whole new level. He's about to go under 100kg for the first time in a long time!
And fitting in clothes he last wore 9 years ago! Good job he keeps hold of his classic shirts 👔
This man is a step machine.. he loves a casual 2 hour walk to work in the morning fe but he's figured out what works for him and has gone for it!
We started adding some home workouts in, 20-25 minutes per session and started to look at his nutrition.
The results speak for themselves!! 18kg gone and he's not stopping yet!
We love an action taker at Sparks Fitness.. someone that takes action on the plan laid out in front of them and that's exactly what Levi has done
Great effort mate!! We're looking forward to seeing what else you can achieve in the coming months

Food doesn’t have to be complicated 🙅🏻♂️
In fact, we encourage all our clients to keep it as simple as possible
We’ve all been guilty of overthinking food choices - what to eat, what not to eat, whether something is “good” or “bad,” and if it will set back our results, it’s overwhelming!
With so much conflicting information out there, it’s no wonder food and nutrition feel confusing
So, what’s the solution?
Instead of learning more about food and nutrition… let’s strip it back to basics
✅ Focus on whole, nutritious foods
✅ Eat meals that make you feel good and energized
✅ Ditch the food rules and embrace balance
Start simple, and build from there - one meal at a time
