Well my friends it's over!!
4 weeks of my insanely intense mini cut and I did everything I achieved and more!!
Tomorrow I begin my biggest bulk phase I've ever done (excited and nervous haha) but as you can see in the top photos from 4 weeks ago, I was in no shape to start a bulk!!!!!!

So, I did a drastic mini cut (and genuinely ended up in the best shape of my life πŸ˜‚ so far anyway).

150 white fish and 150g rice a day.
150g chicken and 150g rice a day.
2 protein shakes a day (80g each shake).
500g low fat yoghurt a day.
30mins cardio 7 days a week for the first 2 weeks then 1hr cardio 7 days a week for the final 2 weeks.
ZERO CHEAT MEALS!!

Now, tomorrow its day one of my BIGGEST EVER gaining phase!!
Getting ready for show time next year!!

🚨 Why you SHOULDN'T be bulking if you look like me 🚨

Important post this and could save you alot of time, heart ache and Yo-Yo dieting/training.

Recently I did a mini recomp, not a cut...a recomp and it was super successful it wasn't to lose fat but to shape out certain areas of my body and it was mission accomplished.

Now I'm going to do a 4-week intensive cut because in the photos below I am in NO place to begin a bulk and this is where so very many people go wrong...

I see countless people at a bodyfat like mine or ALOT higher say they're about to start a gaining phase/bulk πŸ˜²πŸ™„πŸ€― even though physically they're at the end of what would be considered a bad bulk already...starting a bulk at 20% bodyfat or above is over before its begun.

I shock alot of clients who come on board to "get massive" when I immediately put them on a diet...

If you're above 10% bodyfat you SHOULD NOT be starting a gaining phase. All that will happen is you'll add even more fat and when you do "cut" they'll be zero muscle tissue underneath. The amount of people I see stop and start because of this is genuinely wild and the injuries I see, they're trying to push bigger weights but their calories are from burgers and cheat meals so there's no quality strength building nutrients in there, one chap I've seen do this 10 times and is now so injured he's not trained for a year!!!!!! (He even asked me for advice and I said diet for 12 weeks...he didn't listen and is now out of the game totally)...

Alot of people wanting to get "big" dont/won't want to hear this but its a fact, also don't just look at the scales they mean NOTHING...you should be training to gain muscle...not just "weight"...

There's not point being 25 Stone if someone is 15 stone and looks triple your aize because they've quality condition and muscle and you don't!!

So here's me saying I'm not in shape for a bulk, I'm about to diet intensively for 4 weeks then begin a BIG bulking phase before a prep cut for next year's competitions.
