Most common mistake?
✨ Standing on a “tightrope” — feet too narrow, hips wobbling, pelvis rotating.
This makes the movement unstable and harder than it needs to be.
How to do it right:
• Set your feet on train tracks, hip-width apart
• Hold onto support for control
• Inhale as you lower
• Exhale to press through the front heel and rise
• Keep your pelvis square and ribs stacked
Why it matters:
Supported split squats build glute, quad, and pelvic stability — the foundation for returning to heavier lifts with confidence🏋🏼♀️

How to do it:
1. Inhale wide through the ribs
2. Exhale + brace gently
3. Slide one heel away with control
4. Keep pelvis steady and ribs down
Postnatal tip:
If you notice doming or gripping, reduce the range and slow your tempo.
