What a team of champs! Well done to the NABBA entrants today and Rachel achieved 6th at the Worlds! 🎉🎉🎉

As well as stocking Nutraprep meals we are now stocking PrepKing meals at the gym. The fresh meals are kept in the fridge and there is a selection of frozen preps and chicken in the freezer. Feel free to open the freezer and have a look (and it will be moving shortly so it doesn’t stick out!) 🙂

Over the last few months we have had people attempting to conduct unauthorised personal training sessions in our gym. Our personal trainers - Regina Sztupák, Paul Walsh, Coach Paul Mason and Ryan Jones are the only approved PTs here. They’re vetted, accredited and qualified, have valid insurance and pay rent to use the expensive and quality equipment here. If you’re suspected of personal training here without approval you will be challenged and banned.

🐈‍⬛ You may have seen on social media that local animal charity Little Nest Rescue had their premises criminally damaged at the weekend causing extensive damage and inconvenience. We are collecting cat food for them in May and there are 2 grey boxes near the entrance where you can drop your donations of cat food 🙏🏽

💶 We’ve had a lot of new members recently and need to remind everyone of our £5 minimum spend. We are more than happy to store your named drinks/supplements in our reception fridge ready for your next visit if you need to purchase extra to make the £5 🙏🏽

💶 The fees that we pay to our card companies each month would pay for another part time member of staff for our little business! Please consider using cash where possible 🙏🏽
