✔️ Improves posture
✔️ Boosts mental grit
✔️ No equipment, no excuses

If your press-ups feel wobbly, hard, or just plain impossible — good. That means you’re working.
Start where you are. The strength comes after the reps.

"I have always wanted to learn about weights but from reading online what you should do and not do I felt like this wasn’t clear enough so I asked kitti to help me on my journey and we started PT sessions together. Focus Before Calories
📉 Before you track a single calorie, fix these 3 things:

1. Are you getting protein with most meals?

2. Are you drinking enough water?

3. Are you eating at regular times?

These basics matter more than obsessively tracking every bite.
