Counselling - We offer Person Centred/Creative Counselling for issues such as Bereavement, Alcohol & Drug Abuse, Depression, Separation along with many other issues that are currently making you have more rainy days than good.

Are you experiencing;
Anger, Stress, Bereavement/ Grief, Depression, Trauma, Relationship Issues, Abuse, Work place problems or any other emotional problem. Creative & Expressive Play - We work in a creative and expressive way to enable adults & Young People to deal with implicit emotions. Medium is used suited to the individual to enable free expression. We can combine verbal therapy with the expressive arts in order to enhance healing. Play Therapy - Is aimed at primary school children aged 4-12 years old. Helping the child to unblock their emotions using medium such as mask, puppets, clay, paint, music can enhance their learning potential by unblocking their emotional issues. Each child is assessed using the Goodman's S.D.Q (strength & Difficulties) scoring and regular interviews are held with the parents or carers to enable growth and communication skills within the child's world. The child uses play rather than verbal words to tell us what is wrong. We are highly trained in this area to enable behavioral changes to take place in a safe contained environment either in the school or at a private setting.

Family Therapy - Love comes naturally to most parents, but everyone faces difficulties at some point or another - from babies who won't sleep at night and toddlers who throw tantrums, to unruly teenagers. Skills such as reflective listening or positive discipline can be taught and learned. These can change your view of parenting and help you understand why children behave as they do at each stage. Classes give advice and information about bringing up children including:-

How to handle teenagers


Training / Supervision- with almost 50 years experience we can offer you a professional safe place to reflect. We run supervision groups and one to one supervision sessions. As Supervisors we offer you a warm, friendly, professional, supportive space to enable you to reflect upon your work with your clients and look at the ways in which you can develop personally and professionally as a Counsellor.
