As the only permanent gymnastics premises in Wimbledon & Reigate, we are open 50 weeks of the year, offer competitive sibling discounts & run 42 classes of all levels for ages 6 months- 12 years. They specialise in teaching basic gymnastic skills but in a fun and interactive way. Each member of staff is fully DBS checked and goes through an intense training programme. All of our staff are ex gymnasts which gives them the ability to demonstrate the skills to the children so that they can learn in a visual way which can be one of the most effective ways of learning the skills.

* Monday to Friday 10am - 3pm, members and non-members, expect lots of games, skills and socialising with friends. Regular preschool daytime classes will not be running. Only day time camps and evening classes throughout this week*

*With the practice for routines complete on bars, beam and floor, come and witness their hard work and celebrate with their medal ceremonies*

We are excited to inform you that it is nearly time for our Parent Watching Week!

Parent Watching Week 2026 will take place on Monday 5th October- Sunday 11th October.

This is a brilliant week in which you get to come into the gym and watch your children in their classes from our viewing balcony and see what we get up to in the gym.
Classes will run as normal this week.

We ask that one parent at a time attends the session as we have very limited space with no allocated seating options. You are more than welcome to switch parents throughout the class, however the main door must not remain open throughout the class.

Please note that no photos or filming can take place during the class as all children will be visible.

We ask you to keep the noise to a minimum and turn phones on silent as this is a normal lesson structure, not a competition.

Please be on time for the lesson. Coaches are unable to answer the door throughout the class as they are coaching and must be with the children at all times.

We can’t wait to see you love the Backflip team ❤️

Sneak Peek at our skills from our Watching Week practise!

Remember from Monday 5th October - Sunday 11th October, we are inviting parents into the gym to watch your little one’s class.

Same time and same place as their usual class.

Please remember space is limited upstairs therefore please only one parent per child. If you would like to switch with another adult half way through the class, that is fine.

Due to space and safety, siblings are not permitted if possible.

We cannot wait for you to see our wonderful coaches and gymnasts in action.

What’s coming up;

Parents Watching Week = Monday 5th October - Sunday 11th October

Last week of Pre-school = Halloween skills, party games and dress up in your regular preschool class before half term closure. Monday 19th October- Sunday 25th October

Members Halloween Party = Sunday 25th October 17:45 - 19:45. For 5+ years and over, spooky skills, games and dress up.

Halloween Half Term Camps = Monday 26th October - Friday 30th October. Members and non members welcome, 4+ years from 10-3pm. Evening classes continue throughout.
