Just back from Berlin for the 10th European Taikai and study session. Great weekend training alongside Shorinji Kempo practitioners from across Europe.

It was a pleasure to welcome Miku and Koma from Umetsu Douin (梅津道院) in Kyoto during their stay in the U.K.

Great time getting together for a Study Group hosted by our Wimbledon branch.

A solid session reviewing techniques, sharing knowledge, and sharpening the details with a great group of dedicated Kenshi on the mats. As the saying goes, 温故知新 by revisiting what we’ve learned, we discover new understanding.
