Your feints are only effective if your opponent believes you’re about to punch.

One of the biggest mistakes I see is boxers making half hearted feints with no real intent. If your opponent doesn’t think a punch is coming, why would they react?

In this clip, I’m talking one of our boxers through making every feint look exactly like the start of a real punch. Once you can force a reaction, you create openings to land clean shots.

Don’t just fake it, sell it.

You Don’t Need to Punch to Control the Fight

Use feints to make your opponent react. Push them back, draw out their shot, then make them pay with the counter. Boxing isn’t just about throwing punches, it’s about creating opportunities. 🥊
