What a week! Between getting my strength training sessions and runs done as well as teaching classes, this body has worked hard.
I must have said this a million times but I’m always at my best when I’m pushing myself hard and stepping out the comfort zone.
I loved teaching spin for the first time this week and I’m very excited to be doing three more classes next week.
Also increasing the running miles in preparation for the half marathon feels good.
Now to relax for the rest of the day. And eat! I’m crazy hungry at the moment but that’s pretty standard for me 😂
