❇️🙇🏼‍♀️Time To Take A Break🙇🏼‍♀️❇️

Today is my first ‘day off’ out of 4 days off I have over the Easter break 💪🏽😀

👉🏼 This is the longest I would have not trained clients for or not worked on the desk for at @fivestarwindsor since starting there in April 2020 so 2 years!

👉🏼 This is also the the longest time I would have had “off” from work or study since the pandemic hit in March 2020 (that’s when i got stuck into my PT course and haven’t stopped since)

I was still up early but it’s nice to not feel like I have one hundred and one things to do or stress about🙏🏼

✅ I feel so focused at the moment and the behind the scenes work and investment I have been putting towards improving my clients experience and support is second to none.

People only see you ‘doing good’ they don’t see what goes on behind the scenes or the stress or the endless hours you put into your business or the emotional rollercoaster you go through because all you want to do is succeed.

💪🏽 It’s hard but I know it’s worth it - nothing good comes easy and I’ve always been taught to work hard and it will pay off.

But I do finally feel like I am heading in the right direction, things are coming together and that wouldn’t be without the help of @fitnessbusinessprofits and @fitnessmarketingagency

So that was just a little update from me 💜

I’ve just finished my Upper body session and have sat down to have a coffee without having to pull out my laptop or rush off to get back to work!

Sun is shining as well so got no complaints😊
