Quick and easy Creamy Beef Stroganoff

550 calories/ 46g protein per serving and you’ll get 4 portions

Ingredients
700g diced beef
150ml of sour cream
1 teaspoon of mustard
200ml beef stock
Garlic, 200g mushroom
1 pepper, 1 spring onion,
2 min microwavable rice,
flour

Method
1. Add oil, mushrooms, pepper and spring onion to pan
2. Whilst that’s cooking flour up your beef and then add to pan letting it cook for a few minutes
3. Then add garlic, mustard and beef stock and let simmer
4. Then at the very end add in sour cream

This meal took less than 30 minutes to prep, cook and dish up 🙌🏽

I hate cooking so meals like this which are quick and easy are my go to
