I live and work in Windsor and am trying to build up my new Personal Training business. I would like to offer all members of this group a 30 minute FREE consultation at my gym.

Fish Friday!

This novel and multi-purpose method of poaching salmon produces perfect, tasty results. And yes, you can even add detergent and clean your dishes while you cook your high protein feast.

How To Make Easy Poached Salmon

Cut a large piece of kitchen foil. Spray the shiny side with non stick spray. Place fish on the shiny side of the foil and fold up the outer edges.

Fold and pinch foil tightly all around to create a water tight seal around the package.

Place fish parcel on top rack of dishwasher.

Set dishwasher on "normal cycle" setting. This takes about 50-55 minutes. You can include your usual dishes for washing.

When cycle is complete, take salmon out, discard foil, place on individual plates and serve with a generous spoonful of dill sauce.

Just because you don't have recess doesn't mean you can't jump rope. This efficient cardiovascular exercise can be done just about anywhere! A few tips to get you started: - Maintain an upright, straight back. - Keep your chest up, shoulders down and back, and head looking straight forward. - Keep palms facing forward, your hands at your sides, and use your wrists to turn the rope. - Keep your feet close together while jumping, jumping just 1-2 inches off the ground. - Maintain a slight bend in your knees at all times. - Land softly on the balls of your feet, recovering and springing right back up for the next turn of the rope. Practice often to show your heart some love! 😄
