A special mention to Tower Hill Football Club, who took part and went on to win the tournament in the final moments against Hailey Foxes.

🟢 Special Mentions

A huge thank you to Sophie King and Chloe Bridges, who do an incredible amount for the club behind closed doors. The club simply wouldn’t be where it is without their hard work and dedication.

A massive thank you also goes to Richie Eastaff, our Chief Groundsman, who prepped and maintained Middle Town all season. The pitch has never looked better.

Sadly, Richie has advised the club that he will be stepping back from his management and groundsman role for a year. We want to thank him for everything he has done — it’s been one hell of a journey, and the club is stronger because of him.

We managed to catch one last word with Richie, and here’s what he had to say:

“Wow, what a season it’s been. If you’d asked me at the start of the season whether we’d be crowned league winners and Hughes Supplementary Cup winners, I’d have laughed my head off. But I want to say one thing to the lads — don’t be sad it’s over, be happy that it happened. Peace and love Richie”

4-0 thriller for the firsts, topped off by MOTM performance from Bradley ‘the Hamstring’ Evans, once again highlighting his raw physical ability.

A composed and disciplined performance saw Hailey Reserves secure a 3–0 victory in the final to lift the Hughes Supplementary Cup.

Goals from Luke McGovern, Max “Star Boy” Simpsons, and a superb 30‑yard finish from Moh Semlali in the final moments sealed a memorable win. Semlali’s outstanding display also earned him Player of the Match.

A fantastic effort from the entire squad and staff, and a result that reflects the hard work put in throughout the season.
