There are some days I want to quit and give up.. it's a very hard journey.

But I'm not choosing the easy way! After I've done my session in the gym, I feel amazing! Sore.. but amazing!

What's everyone's favourite and least favourite exercise? Honestly, mine is the treadmill, I always think I'm going to fall off! 😂
