Why are cardboard boxes so hard to break down! Upper body days paying off for this one.

Cinnamon Yoghurt Balls

1 and 1/2 cups of self raising flour
1tsp baking powder
1tsp cinnamon
1 cup Greek yoghurt

Air fry 180 for 10 mins (keep checking and adjust if necessary)

Icing/sugar

Icing sugar, milk, cinnamon (mix to desired consistency)

Caster sugar and cinnamon (you don’t need a lot of this)

Make, bake, coat in the sugar, dip in the icing & enjoy! 💕

Protein Date Balls

What id change if made again. I’d add the protein crispy ‘s in to the ball and drizzle with a better quality chocolate instead of covering it BUT my kids and husband love them exactly as I made them so that’s optional!

Ingredients
250g dates
2 tbsp peanut butter
30g protein powder - I used chocolate brownie flavour
60g oat flour - blend oats to make
2 tbsp cocoa
Salt

Dark chocolate - I’d use good quality 70% +
1tsp coconut oil
Protein crispy cereal - optional

If you make nothing else you have to make these! They could not be easier to make and are the perfect snack with hummus or to use for lunch.

I made 2 lots, one plain and one with sesame seeds.

To serve I cut them into strips and airfry for a few minutes to crisp up but you can eat however you like.

250g - 0% Greek Yoghurt (or full fat)
225g - Self Raising Flour
Pinch of salt
Seeds (optional)
