Surrey Aquanauts BSAC

We are the local Woking BSAC Scuba Diving Club. We have a diverse membership, male and female, from all walks of life and most main strands of UK diving.

Surrey Aquanauts is one of the 1600 or so branches
of the British Sub Aqua Club (BSAC) and has been in existence since 1967 and as a BSAC club since 1974. For example, you will find enthusiasts for scenic dives, rubbing shoulders with dedicated 'wreckers'. As well as being able to boast a diverse diving program we offer a number of social events. A great day out at Vobster Quay with 9 Surrey Aquanauts and 1 guest. Lots of training completed and one new Sports Diver even though the tide was out! I have never seen the water so low. I meant to take a photo but only remembered as we were driving away.

A few aquanauts went off on a snorkelling jolly out of Penzance at the weekend, sharks were on the wish list and they didn't disappoint, despite the porpoise and seals trying to steal their thunder
