Hey everyone just want to explain why I have not been active on my page. And the images below explain briefly why. So I have a very serious knee injury which has affected both my knees, This has occur through running πŸƒπŸΏβ€β™€οΈ on the pavement for long periods of a time. I am having therapy to treat this sport injury. So this means I have had to stop what I love to do for awhile . But I still train and have taken up walking lkng distances an mini core session. I hope to be back to normal real soon.

To keep you all engaged on my page will try my best to upload motivation information and images to keep u all on track whatever you are doing to stay active, also within coming months my page with become a donation page for anyone who would like to book session to reach their goals, but will keep everyone updated on this change.
