If I could give one piece of advice to anyone starting their weight loss journey, it would be this: don’t stop. Keep going 🩷
The early stages can be frustrating. You’re making better choices, showing up for yourself, building new habits and staying consistent… yet when you look in the mirror, it can feel like nothing is happening.
But that’s exactly why I love the toilet roll theory ✨
When a toilet roll is full, taking off a few sheets barely changes how it looks. But as it gets smaller, every sheet removed becomes much more noticeable.
Fat loss works the same way.
The changes don’t always show up straight away, but that doesn’t mean progress isn’t happening. Every workout, every walk, every balanced meal is bringing you closer to your goal.
The beginning isn’t where most people see the results.
It’s where they build them. 🩷💪🏽

One thing coaching has taught me... 💗
The best coaching relationships are never one-sided.
They aren’t built on perfection.
They’re built on trust, communication and mutual respect.
As coaches, we’re not just names on a screen.
We’re people with families, businesses, responsibilities, good days and bad days too.
Yet we still show up because we genuinely care about helping people change their lives.
And do you know what I’ve learned?
The clients who get the best results aren’t always the most “perfect” ones.
They’re the ones who communicate.
If you’ve had a bad week, tell me.
If you’ve struggled with food, tell me.
If you’ve fallen off track, tell me.
There is never any judgement.
Because coaching isn’t about being perfect it’s about working together through the highs and lows.
The strongest coach-client relationships feel like a team.
A team that communicates.
A team that trusts each other.
A team that works towards the same goal.
And honestly? I’m incredibly lucky.
Every day I get to work with some amazing women who trust me to be part of their journey, and I never take that for granted.

Here’s your reminder: ONE treat changes absolutely nothing.
That donut was 233 calories, not 2,333 😅
You don’t gain weight from one donut, one BBQ, one takeaway or one “off plan” meal… you gain weight from the all-or-nothing mindset that turns one treat into:
❌ “I’ve ruined today”
❌ “I’ll start again Monday”
❌ “Might as well eat everything now”

Amy🔥😍
When she first came to me, she had zero confidence, especially in the gym. She didn’t believe in herself, didn’t feel comfortable in her own skin, and wouldn’t even wear a crop top.
In fact, her original photos were taken in gym wear because she wasn’t confident enough to take progress photos in underwear and that’s completely okay, because confidence is built 💖
Like so many women, she thought she needed to lose more weight to finally look good. But the reality? The look she truly wanted wasn’t going to come from eating less… it came from building.
So we increased calories, stepped into a calorie surplus, and focused on building muscle. Fast forward to now and my client is eating OVER 2000 calories a day 🙌🏼
Her goal? Grow her glutes, build a defined back, and feel confident in herself again… and WOW, have we done exactly that 🔥
But the biggest transformation? Her confidence. Through the roof. Her strength? Up massively. She trusted the process, stayed consistent, believed in the plan, and almost a year later… THIS is what we’ve created together 🥹
Proof that eating more isn’t the enemy, lifting weights won’t make you bulky, and confidence comes from showing up for yourself over and over again 💫
