Ever tried a low carb diet before? If the answer is yes how did it make you feel?

More often than not when you follow a low carb diet you usually end up feeling sluggish and exhausted… I wonder why? 😴😩

I hear people say things like “I don’t have carbs after 6pm.” I ask these people why? 🤷🏽‍♂️

Whether you have carbs before or after 6pm the calorie value still says the same.

Put plain and simply, Carbs do not make you fat, over-eating does and they taste amazing! 🍩🍕🤤

If you are looking to lose fat I seriously wouldn’t recommend cutting out carbs. Trust me I’ve done it before and never again. 🤦🏽‍♂️

You can still lose fat by eating carbs. Just ensure you are in a consistent calorie deficit and TRACK YOUR CALORIES!!
