Massive win for the 1s last weekend thanks to an all round bowling performance followed by an assured knock from Chris to take the 20 points!

2s and 3s both suffered defeats and now face 2 huge games to end the season and hopefully avoid relegation! was the man of the weekend as he produced a hat-trick at Green Lane for the 2s 🪄

A win and a loss on Sunday as the Sunday 1s took down our very own Haider Aamir who turned out for Hounslow Jamia Mosque!

A great start to cricket week on the batting front, with a first WPCC century for , more midweek runs for R Hill and another quick fire 50 from young Will Hallo 💥

A triple threat of weekly results to catch up on from gameweeks 10-12 🏏

Week 10 and 11 better left behind but week 12 produced wins for both 1s and 2s! 1s chased 246 thanks to a 131 run partnership between the Hill twins and the 2s defended 171 to win by 50 runs thanks to 4-19 from Amaar 🙌🏻

A brilliant day celebrating the life of ex-WPCC Chairman, Mike Byford! Good to see some familiar faces, old and new, down at Green Lane to show their support!

It was an absolute pleasure for the club to be able to unveil a memorial bench in honour of the work Mike carried out as Chairman. The lasting impact he had on the cricket section will be remembered forever 🏏

On Sunday we’re hosting Surrey Over 70’s in a special, one-off match in memory of ex WPCC Chairman and Surrey stalwart Mike Byford. Get yourself down to Green Lane from 1pm, with extended tea from 3.30ish

🚨MIKE BYFORD MEMORIAL MATCH 🚨

In honour of WPCC ex-chairman and hard hitting left-handed batsman, Mike Byford, we are hosting Surrey over-70’s, this Sunday, for a one-off memorial match!

Those of you that had the pleasure to meet or play with Mike will know that he played the game hard but fair and made time to talk to anyone and everyone off the field!

It would be lovely to see as many past and present players and supporters down at Green Lane to celebrate Mike’s life and cricketing career, which also included representing Surrey (and maybe England) in the over 60 and 70 sections 🏏

The match will start at 1pm, with an extended tea break (with food available for supporters) at around 3.30pm, followed by the unveiling of a brand new memorial bench in honour of Mike 💙
