St Marks Church Hall, WR5 3DW.
We will be carrying on with our Myofascial Release Series, working on the lateral line.
This is the continuous chain of fascia running along the sides of the body from the outside of the foot up to the outer leg and hip, running along the ribcage and into the neck.
The lateral line stabilises the torso and balances the left and right sides of the body.
The practise will help to restore the bodies alignment, relieve hip tightness and upper body stiffness.
We will work on lots of side stretches.

Start your weekend off with a bang, whilst Lynsey guides you through creative vinyasa flow.
Rise and shine yoga will start the weekend off right.
The class will be designed to improve flexibility, balance, and strength whilst having fun in a creative flow.
Rise & Shine Yoga - 9.45 - 10.45 with Lynsey Piff.
This practice will be suitable for all ages and fitness levels, modifications can be made to those new to yoga, additionally the class will push the more experienced student.
Vinyasa flow yoga links yoga poses into smooth, continuous sequences, synchronising movement with the breath for a dynamic class.
A moving Vinyasa builds up heat, flexibility, and strength.

We had a lovely class this evening working on the spiral line. Incorporating both diagonal and cross body twists.
The anatomy trains in the body are denser than the rest of the fascia to support the body in all directions. We just need to work on the lines to keep the blood flow running smoothly through them, so the body can flow as it should and breath.
The body is made up of a matrix of fascia running from head to feet, feet to head.

This Thursday we will be working on ‘The Superficial Back Line’.
This is a continuous train of fascia that runs along the posterior chain, it runs from the sole of the foot to the eyebrow front along the back line.
We will be doing lots of strength work for the back followed by stretches for the back line, achilles and feet.
